I love to help and support people.

What is a typical day in your role like?

My role consists of providing social, emotional and practical support to people within the community. We make a plan together which aims to improve the individual's overall wellbeing and connect them with support in their local community.

What do you like best about your role at Wellbeing Enterprises?

I love that the work we do at Wellbeing Enterprises makes a real impact on people's lives. I love to help and support people to feel their best, it's a very rewarding role.

How do you look after your own wellbeing?

To look after my own wellbeing, I like to make sure that I have time to myself. Whether this be blocking off a Sunday to watch TV, or go shopping, or even taking 10 minutes through the day to sit and enjoy a cup of tea. Self-care is really important, and we should all try it!

What are your top tips for wellbeing?

My top tips for wellbeing would be to spend time with family and friends. Being around people you love is great for your wellbeing. Also make sure to give yourself time for self-care by taking time to relax and do things that you enjoy.  Do more of what makes you happy!

What are your hobbies?

My hobbies include listening to music, relaxing and watching tv series plus I love to go to the gym. Spending time working on my fitness is also great for my wellbeing too.

Tell us something unique about yourself.

I completed some volunteering work in Borneo back in 2012. I helped teach children English, completed conservation work and also assisted in building a new school for the children.
