    Case Studies

    We Connect

    Driving better health
    and wellbeing outcomes

We Connect is a co-designed social prescribing service delivered with NHS partners, supporting around 3,500 people each year. The service helps individuals with practical, social, and emotional needs, while building strengths and capabilities through tailored education and training.

Wellbeing Link Workers co-create personalised wellbeing plans and connect people to local support and opportunities that improve their quality of life.

    NHS Staff Training

    Training and consultancy
    to embed wellbeing

We delivered a series of Protected Learning Time (PLT) sessions to hundreds of NHS staff, including doctors, nurses, and wider teams. The sessions focused on managing stress and enhancing wellbeing in the workplace, using tools like the Stress Bucket Exercise, 5 Ways to Wellbeing, and mindfulness techniques. The training helped staff recognise stress triggers, strengthen coping strategies, and embed wellbeing practices into their daily routines and team culture.

    Reimagining Community Healthcare Across Europe

    Innovating with communities
    to drive change

We supported a Europe-wide initiative to reimagine community healthcare, in partnership with the Johnson & Johnson Foundation and Ashoka. As the UK partner, we worked with organisations in the Netherlands, Belgium, and France to co-design prevention-focused, community-led models of care. Using social imagination tools – including visioning, storytelling, and co-creative workshops – we helped professionals and communities rethink how care is delivered and what it could become.
