Wellbeing Enterprises CIC has been shortlisted for three prestigious NatWest SE100 Impact Pioneer Awards 2026, recognising its leadership and innovation in tackling health inequalities and supporting community wellbeing.
The NatWest SE100 Impact Pioneer Awards, created by Pioneers Post in partnership with NatWest Social & Community Capital, celebrate organisations and individuals driving pioneering solutions to social and environmental challenges across the UK.
Wellbeing Enterprises has been shortlisted in the following categories:
· Public Sector Pioneer – Wellbeing Enterprises CIC
· Climate Pioneer – Wellbeing Enterprises CIC
· Pioneering Leader – Mark Swift
More than 40 organisations and leaders have been selected as finalists this year, representing the very best of purpose-driven innovation and impact across the UK.
Being shortlisted across both organisational and leadership categories places Wellbeing Enterprises among the UK’s leading social innovators. The recognition highlights the organisation’s work to develop community-centred approaches to health, build strong cross-sector partnerships, and address the root causes of inequality, while also acknowledging the role of leadership in driving systemic change.
Mark Swift, Founder and CEO of Wellbeing Enterprises, said:
“To be shortlisted for three NatWest SE100 Impact Pioneer Awards is a huge honour for our team and the communities we serve. This recognition reflects the power of community-centred approaches to health and wellbeing, and the importance of working alongside people to create meaningful, lasting change. At a time when health inequalities remain deeply entrenched, we need bold, imaginative solutions rooted in people’s lived experiences—and we’re proud to be part of a movement making that happen.”
The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in Manchester on 13th May 2026.
Wellbeing Enterprises’ shortlisting reflects its growing national profile and continued commitment to advancing more equitable, community-driven systems of health and care.
