Wellbeing Enterprises launches recruitment for Liverpool City Region Imaginarium

Wellbeing Enterprises CIC has launched recruitment for three new roles that will help bring the Liverpool City Region Imaginarium to life – a bold, community-led initiative designed to unlock civic imagination and tackle inequalities through participation, creativity and system change.

The Imaginarium is being made possible with funding from The National Lottery Community Fund, the largest funder of community activity in the UK. The investment will support the development of a new civic platform bringing together residents, communities, practitioners and institutions to imagine, design and test new ways of improving wellbeing and civic life across the Liverpool City Region.

Wellbeing Enterprises is now recruiting two full-time Imaginarium Development Managers and a part-time Imaginarium Project Coordinator to form part of the team that will develop and deliver the initiative.

The two Imaginarium Development Managers will work as peers, sharing responsibility for shaping, developing and delivering the Imaginarium across the city region. The roles combine hands-on delivery with programme development, facilitation and partnership working, including working directly with communities and partners to deliver Imagination Labs, Dream Roadshows, People’s Policy Prototypes and leadership programmes.

The Development Managers will also help build partnerships across communities and sectors, support new forms of civic participation and leadership, capture learning, produce evaluation outputs and help translate community ideas into practical action.

The Imaginarium Project Coordinator will provide essential coordination and practical delivery support, helping to ensure activities run smoothly and that partners and participants have a positive experience. The role will include coordinating events and logistics, supporting participants and partners, maintaining project systems and records, assisting with communications and contributing to monitoring, reporting and administration.

The Imaginarium Development Manager positions are full-time, 36 hours per week, with a salary of £32,000 on fixed-term 3.5-year contracts. The roles will be based in Halton with travel across the Liverpool City Region as required.

The Imaginarium Project Coordinator position is part-time at 10 hours per week, with a salary of £28,000 pro rata, also on a fixed-term 3.5-year contract. The post will be based in Halton with travel across the Liverpool City Region as required.
