  • Exploring the Impact of Childhood Behavioural Challenges in Halton Report

    This focus group study was undertaken as part of the Complete Care Community (CCC) initiative which is an innovative national programme designed to support health systems to utilise Primary Care Networks in tackling health inequalities.

  • Community Consultation Report: Anchor Institution Framework for Cheshire and Merseyside.

    This report presents the findings of a community consultation project undertaken with citizens and wider stakeholders to ascertain their views and opinions about the seven priority areas detailed in an Anchor Institution Framework for Cheshire and Merseyside. It is commissioned by Cheshire and Merseyside Health & Care Partnership to ensure that the views and opinions of others helps to inform efforts to improve health outcomes, leverage social value and tackle health inequalities.

  • Ways to Wellbeing: Year 2 Evaluation Report

    This report summarises key achievements in year two of the Ways to Wellbeing project funded by The National Lottery Community Fund. Over the last twelve months, with support from our funders, we have tailored the project to assist people throughout the Covid-19 pandemic. In year two we supported 1792 unique beneficiaries in Halton and Knowsley, read more about the service in this evaluation report.

  • Peoples’ Park Bench Report

    This report provides a summary of the findings of a Peoples’ Park Bench Project funded by Wellbeing Enterprises CIC (WE). Aligning with one of WE’s values; ‘People Powered’, Wellbeing Enterprises has agreed to donate a park bench the boroughs of Halton, Knowsley Liverpool and St Helens and invited local citizens to decide their locations using a Twitter voting method. A shortlist of parks for each area was determined with the support of each council’s Parks and Regeneration Teams.

  • Recipe for a Good Life

    Funded by Cheshire & Merseyside NHS Health & Care Partnership, we facilitated a number of creative community consultations with citizens living in East Cheshire, Halton and St Helens to understand what their hopes and dreams for a better life are in the places where they live. The attached report details the findings of this small scale study, the recommendations of which have fed into regional and local plans to support the implementation of the Social Value Act 2012 - giving some assurance that efforts to improve economic, social and environmental wellbeing are led by and for local citizens.

  • Halton Asset Mapping: The World’s First Citizen Led Asset Map

    We worked with citizens in Halton to produce the worlds first citizen-led asset map for the area. Happy Place app is completely free and enables anyone to discover and share places that help improve their wellbeing. This report showcases the findings of a community researcher project to map community assets in the Halton area.

  • Year 2 Report: Inspire Children and Young People Service

    Funding by Children in Need, we provide a wellbeing service for children and young people living in Halton who are looking for support to improve their mental health and wellbeing.
