Meet the Team: Kristina, our Performance, Quality & Growth Manager

Kristina is part of our team supporting how our services grow, improve, and reach the people who need them most. To find out more about her role and what drives her, we asked her a few questions.

I’m most proud of the communities we work with - the strength, capabilities, and potential we see every day.

What does your role involve?

My role is about making sure the work we do is having a meaningful impact for the people and communities we work with.

I look at how our services are working in practice - bringing together data, feedback, and insight from across our programmes - to understand what’s working well and where we can strengthen our approach. It’s about continuous learning, making improvements, and ensuring we’re responding to what communities actually need.

Do you still work directly with people?

Yes, and that’s really important to me. Staying connected to people helps me understand the reality of what individuals and families are experiencing.

It keeps everything grounded and ensures that when we’re developing or improving services, it’s based on real conversations, real relationships, and real experiences.

What do you like best about your role?

I love seeing how our work supports people to make positive changes in their lives - whether that’s building confidence, feeling more connected, or accessing the right support at the right time.

We take a person-centred and asset-based approach, working alongside people and recognising the strengths that already exist within individuals and communities. Being part of that is really rewarding.

What makes Wellbeing Enterprises different?

It’s the way we work with people and communities. Everything we do is built on relationships, trust, and listening.

We don’t take a one-size-fits-all approach - we work alongside people to understand what matters to them and co-produce support that feels right. That’s where real, lasting change happens.

What are you most proud of?

The communities we work with. Every day we see the strength, capabilities, and potential within communities, and it’s a privilege to be part of that.

I’m also proud of how we work alongside people - building connections, creating opportunities, and supporting positive change together

What are your top tips for improving wellbeing?

Start small and focus on what feels manageable for you.

Stay connected - whether that’s with friends, family, or your local community.

And don’t be afraid to reach out for support. Sometimes having someone to talk things through with can make all the difference.
