What is a typical day in your role like?
As a Community Wellbeing Officer, I spend my days supporting people to access services to improve their health and wellbeing. I spend my time supporting people to talk through what is happening in their life so that we can make a plan together to improve things.
What do you like best about your role at Wellbeing Enterprises?
I love being able to speak to new people every day. It is such a privilege to hold space for others and feel like you have made a little bit of a difference to someone else's day.
How do you look after your own wellbeing?
I love to paint, cook and spend time with my little boy and husband outdoors. I love walking in the forest and being near water as I find they both always help me to feel calm.
What are your top tips for wellbeing?
I love practicing positive affirmations daily to support me to have a positive mindset. I also make a gratitude list daily which helps me to focus on the good in my life even when I might be having a bad day.
What are your hobbies?
I love anything art related and I also like hula hooping and yoga.
Tell us something unique about yourself.
My family is from Italy which I am very proud of and passionate about. I love researching my family history and finding out new facts about my family's past.
