Job Title: Imaginarium Project Coordinator      

Salary: £28,000 (Pro rata, fixed term - 3.5 years)

Hours: 10 hours per week

Office location: Halton, with travel across the Liverpool City Region as required

Responsible to: Business Development Director

Wellbeing Enterprises CIC is launching the Liverpool City Region Imaginarium – a
bold, community-led initiative designed to unlock civic imagination and tackle
inequalities through participation, creativity and system change.

The Imaginarium is a new civic platform that brings together residents, communities,
practitioners and institutions to imagine, design and test new ways to improve
wellbeing and civic life.

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive and committed individual to coordinate
and support the delivery of the Imaginarium.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a new and
innovative civic initiative. As Imaginarium Project Coordinator, you will help ensure
that activity runs smoothly, partnerships are well coordinated, and participants have
a positive and engaging experience.

You will work closely with the Imaginarium Development Managers, supporting all
aspects of delivery including Imagination Labs, Dream Roadshows, Policy
Prototypes and leadership programmes. The role combines coordination,
communication, administration and practical delivery support.

You will be part of a small, dynamic team and will play an important role in helping
turn ideas into action and ensuring the Imaginarium operates effectively day to day.
