The CALM helpline is for people who are feeling down, who need to talk or find information and support. Open 7 days a week, from 5.00pm to 12.00am.
A local directory of support that covers a broad range of topics and signposts you to help available in the Liverpool City Region. There’s also a section of useful self-help resources to help with issues such as depression, anxiety and sleep problems.

NHS 111 is here to make it easier and quicker for patients to get the right advice or treatment they need, be that for their physical or mental health. NHS Choices has a useful website for checking symptoms and accessing support for health problems, including a list of useful resources which provide information and guidance relating to specific medications, allergies and illnesses.
