We want to work with you to implement person and community centred health approaches in your local area.

Together we can create a movement for change.

With 15 years experience working with communities and public sector organisations we can help you to mobilise the skills and talents of people and assets and resources locally, to bring about better outcomes, reduce demand on services and create sustainable social change.

Social innovation

We need new innovations to respond to the wicked social challenges facing society. We are experts in facilitating the social innovation process and are proud to have co-designed a raft of innovative services, products and models that mobilise people power and the assets in communities.

Co-designing and co-delivering services

The best services are designed with communities rather than for them. We have years of experience bringing citizens together with professionals to co-create and co-deliver new approaches that generate positive outcomes and get to the root causes of problems.

Training and consultancy

Our dedicated and experienced team offer health and wellbeing training and consultancy to help you to provide outstanding services with people and communities at their core. We provide training packages in asset based approaches, wellbeing techniques and health promotion. We also provide a raft of staff health and wellbeing services.

Together we can evidence great outcomes from community centred health approaches:
