Christmas Support Services
Wellbeing Enterprises CIC will close for the Christmas period on Friday 20th December and will reopen on Monday 6th January 2020.
If you would like to have a one-to-one appointment with one of our Community Wellbeing Officers, please give us a call in the New Year or leave a detailed message on our answer phone and we will pick this up on our return to the office.
However, should you need support over the festive period while we are closed, the following organisations are on hand to help:

A free, confidential helpline available 24 hours a day to provide emotional support for people who are experiencing feelings of distress, despair or suicidal thoughts

A free helpline providing information, friendship and advice to older people – open 24 hours a day, every day of the year

Provides support for men and callers can discuss any issue. Calls are anonymous, confidential and won’t show up on your phone bill – open 7 days a week, from 5.00pm to 12.00am
PAPYRUS HOPELine UK 0800 068 41 41
Free support line for children and young people under the age of 35 who are experiencing suicidal thoughts. Open from 9am – 10pm weekdays, 2pm – 10pm weekends and Bank Holidays
A local directory of support that covers a broad range of topics and signposts you to help available in the Liverpool City Region. There’s also a section of useful self-help resources to help with issues such as depression, anxiety and sleep problems

NHS Choices has a useful website for checking symptoms and accessing support for health problems, including a list of useful resources which provide information and guidance relating to specific medications, allergies and illnesses.
