We have a whole range of activities that we deliver in Knowsley, Halton and St Helens communities.  We run courses to help you overcome challenges such as addressing your anxiety, building coping skills or reducing stress.  We can introduce you to a new skill such as mindfulness or hula hooping.  And a whole host of other fun activities such as arts and crafts, mindfulness and singing for wellbeing.
